A hearing was filed in the Supreme Court on the petition filed regarding PM Cares Fund. After the hearing, the Supreme Court has rejected the demand to transfer PM Cares Fund to NDRF. The Supreme Court dismissed the petition against PM Cares and said that the NDRF Corona formed in November 2019 is sufficient to deal with the crisis.
पीएम केअर्स फंड को लेकर दाखिल याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. सुनवाई के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पीएम केअर्स फंड को NDRF में ट्रांसफर करने की मांग खारिज कर दी है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पीएम केअर्स के खिलाफ याचिका खारिज करते हुए कहा कि नवंबर 2019 में बनाई गई NDRF कोरोना संकट से निपटने के लिए पर्याप्त है.
